Steve Nash is a true Canadian warrior. If you want an indication that playoffs are upon us look no further then Steve Nash’s face. In the 2010 playoffs he got elbowed by Tim Duncan receiving stitches and returning to the game with an appearance of a Boxer who took a beating. His one eye was swollen shut and the fearless Nash drove up the floor and with confidence pulled up for a 3-pt shot hitting nothing but net.
In game 3 Nash ended up fracturing his nose and just pushed it back in place all by himself on the court. Almost as if he had a medical degree of some sort or was he showing his true Canadian toughness. Nash may be one of few Canadians in the NBA, but his appearance looks like his has been lacing up the skates and taking a puck or two.
After all they say your only losing in the playoffs when you lose a game on home court!
