According to NFL analyst Rob Lowe, Indianpolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning will not be returning to play in the NFL.
Lowe tweeted the information Wednesday night:
Lowe followed up his tweet by asking another individual with knowledge, NFL Network’s Rich Eisen, if the information was true. He stated that he hoped it was not true, however chances are he is correct.
I called it a few days ago when the Indianapolis Colts fired head coach Jim Caldwell… I asked my fans on twitter if they thought maybe the Colts knew something we didn’t, and if they thought that Manning could possibly be in line to replace Caldwell? Most of you thought I sounded crazy, however; if the news is true and Manning will not be retuning to play in the NFL do you NOW think it is a possibility that he will become the new head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, or perhaps a different NFL team?
