Hall of Famer Magic Johnson, Celtics forward Paul Pierce and former NBAer and current NBA TV analyst Steve Smith will play in The Obama Classic Basketball Game, a fundraiser for the President’s re-election campaign, Dec. 12 in Washington, D.C., ESPN.com reports. The venue has not yet been determined.

One question on many people’s mind: Will Obama play in game himself?

“The President’s participation is to be determined,” a campaign official told ESPN.

While Dwight Howard has decided not to play, others on the list of participants include Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, Ray Allen and Chris Bosh.

The game is also expected to include, according to ESPN: Baron Davis, Vince Carter, Alonzo Mourning, Jamal Crawford, Rudy Gay, Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook, Amare Stoudemire, Blake Griffin, Tyler Hansbrough, Derek Fisher, Antawn Jamison, Juwan Howard, Quentin Richardson, Dahntay Jones, Brandon Knight, Jerry Stackhouse, John Wall, Dikembe Mutombo, Patrick Ewing and Doc Rivers.

Two women—Tina Thompson, the WNBA’s all-time leading scorer, and former USC star Cheryl Miller—will also suit up, according to the report.
