Tom Brady is one of the greatest QB’s of our generation and he showed that on Monday Night Football to open the year 1-0. A Man possessed, maybe. Either way Tom Brady is a man on a mission, a mission to the Super Bowl with out anyone standing in his way. Brady effortlessly threw for a team-record 517 yards and four touchdowns, including a 99-yarder to Wes Welker. Tom Brady is now 5th all time on the single game Passing yards and the New England Patriots opened their season Monday night by beating Miami 38-24.
Brady and the reigning AFC East champions picked up where they left off last season, when he was a unanimous choice for NFL MVP, and his team led the league in scoring. I expect Tom Brady to have a career year and dominate in a year with out a Peyton Manning to contend against, at least not early on. After having a full season under his belt after a devastating injury which forced him out in week 1 a few years ago, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots look poised to go all the way.
